Step into the light with Infrared Light Therapy

There are three main categories of the infrared spectrum: near infrared, mid-infrared, and far infrared, which offer many different health benefits when used throughout different sessions.

  • Near Infrared is the shortest wavelength but penetrates the deepest. Its distinct property is that it is not captured by the body’s water, allowing it to penetrate the deepest to increase core thermal energy. Near-infrared energy is directly produced within the cells through ATP stimulation.

  • Mid-infrared wavelengths are captured by water molecules, increasing circulation by promoting an increase in blood flow and elevating heart rate and overall metabolism.

  • Far infrared is the closest wavelength to the infrared heat given off by our body. It is also captured by the water molecules in the body and released as energy. Our energy is temporarily enhanced and strengthened. Far infrared wavelengths feel natural and normal, like gentle sunlight.

When using a sauna, select one of six health programs, sit back, and know the warmth you feel delivers what you need to promote a healthier lifespan. Each program directs the heaters to release near, mid, and far wavelength combinations. Programs include detoxification, cardiovascular, pain relief, weight loss, relaxation, anti-aging, and our most intense session, the heavy detox.
