My style of therapeutic massage reflects my life’s journey working with mindfulness and meditation. I bring this into my massage practice, through breath and energy work.
My knowledge of stretching the body as learned through my yoga practice combined with Swedish massage training allows me to release myofascial tension, opening up space for the muscles and surrounding tissues, improving range of motion and general flexibility. I use trigger points to release tension and habitual pain patterns. Book me for gentle stretching, breath work and balancing energy.
Blessings of health and wellness…
