Infrared Light Therapy

Unlike hot rocks or steam used in traditional saunas, spas at Thrive heat the body directly instead of simply heating the air. They work with infrared light, the invisible part of the sun’s spectrum that has the ability to penetrate human tissue with soothing, natural warmth and no harmful rays. 

Pregnancy and pacemakers are contraindicated for the saunas.

Reflexology Sessions

Reflexology applies different amounts of pressure to the hands, feet and ears, ensuring that “qi” (vital energy) flows freely through the body. Some people report that reflexology helps correct hormone imbalances, relieves back problems, clears sinuses, boosts the immune system, and more. 

Reflexology can be booked on a massage table or on our sound table in the beach room .
