Massage therapists at Thrive average $45 per hour. W2 Employees. No non-compete contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Perform massage therapy on clients in a professional and skillful manner. 
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow our business best practices.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a positive client experience.

Our massages last a full hour and we plan for a 75 minute window. A zen environment and a great place to work. Our vision is to support each therapist’s professional development path. We are interested in investing in and retaining happy massage therapists.
