Booking, Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policies

We want you to be happy.

At Thrive Massage & Wellness, our first goal is to help you reach your wellness objectives. 

Booking

Membership is not required to book services, but you must have a valid credit card on file to book at Thrive. You can call us  at 614.473.1000 or book online directly from our website to get the first available appointment.

Masks are strongly encouraged, some therapists do require masking so please call if you need to be mask free for your appointment. 

Cancellations

Appointments may be canceled without penalty up to 24 hours before the reserved appointment time. We know that life gets hectic and we are here to support you. The first appointment you miss is on us. The second missed appointment will be billed at $50. per hour. Third and subsequent missed appointments will be billed for the full amount of services booked.

Memberships

Memberships require a $100. fee to initiate. Your membership agreement is for a 12-month period and rolls over until you decide to change it. Your unused credits roll over into your bank and can be shared with your friends and family to create special experiences or support a friend who is suffering. If you need to suspend your membership, please contact a desk associate at 614.473.1000. 

Ask about corporate membership savings. Your company can participate in our corporate membership plan at no cost, and all of their associates, (including you) can save the $100. initiation fee. This is a nice corporate perk.

Refunds

Refunds are not offered for services rendered, the purchase price of gift cards or service packages. If you have suggestions for services or products you would like us to offer or improve, please email our CEO directly at thrivemassagewellness@gmail.com.  We love hearing from you! 

For consumable goods, such as candles, essential oils, lotions, etc., refunds are valid for 30 days. If you have a receipt, a full refund will be issued as long as the item is in its original, unused, unaltered state. If you do not have a receipt, we will issue a store credit in the amount of the current sale price of the item.

Exchanges

In most cases, we can exchange items and services in the amount of their value. Please visit or call with your request to see if an exchange is possible.

Gift Cards

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. They may be replaced if lost or stolen, as long as the card has not yet been redeemed and you have the credit card number associated with the item when purchased. Gift Cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase.
