Lavender Lemonade for a Boost of Vitamin C

It has anti-inflammatory properties, is a great source for treating headaches, and is good for digestive problems, such as bloating and indigestion. It also contains vitamin C, which is good for overall health.

What you will need:

  • 2 tablespoons of Organic Lavender in a tea bag or tea strainer
  • 1 cup organic lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 cup sugar or 1/2 cup stevia or 1/2 cup monk fruit for extra sweetness
  • 1 cup ice
  • 3 cups of filtered water

What to do:

  1. Add the filtered water, lavender, and raw flowers to a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil and let it steep for 2-5 minutes.
  3. Add your sweetener and stir until dissolved.
  4. Add lemon juice and ice, and enjoy.
